Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, activities, experiences, tours, combination packages, transportation services, and related services currently or in the future offered or arranged by Bali Creative Classes (“BCC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By completing a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with the booking details shown for the experience you purchase.
1. Booking Requests & Availability
Submitting a booking request, selecting a date or time, contacting us through WhatsApp, submitting a booking form, or sending proof of payment does not automatically reserve or confirm a booking. All dates, times, instructors, vehicles, workshops, studios, venues, and other facilities remain subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed by Bali Creative Classes.
2. When a Booking Becomes Confirmed
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has actually been received and verified by Bali Creative Classes and we have confirmed the booking.
A transfer showing as pending, processing, on hold, awaiting settlement, or otherwise not yet received by us is not considered completed payment. A bank receipt, screenshot, payment confirmation, or proof that a transfer has been initiated does not by itself reserve the requested date or time.
Until funds have actually been received, the requested slot remains available and may be booked by another customer. If payment is received after the originally requested slot has become unavailable, Bali Creative Classes may offer another available time or date. Where no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, any refund will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Prices, Currency & Exchange Rates
Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant experience or booking page. Where currency conversion is involved, Bali Creative Classes may use a booking exchange rate that takes into account currency fluctuations, settlement differences, banking costs, and payment processing costs. The rate used may therefore differ from rates displayed by banks, card providers, search engines, or public currency converters.
Prices may vary depending on participant numbers, package type, transportation requirements, materials, activities, pickup location, upgrades, or other options selected by the customer. Applicable additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible before the relevant additional service is confirmed.
4. Payment
Customers are responsible for making payment sufficiently early for funds to reach Bali Creative Classes. Payment is considered received only when funds are successfully available to us, not when the transaction is initiated. Bank charges, international transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, card fees, currency conversion costs, or other payment-provider charges imposed on the customer are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Customer Cancellation
Customers should contact Bali Creative Classes as soon as possible if they wish to cancel a booking. Customer-initiated cancellation does not guarantee a 100% refund, including where some or all of the payment has not yet been transferred to a third-party provider.
Where a refund is approved, Bali Creative Classes may deduct reasonable and applicable costs associated with the booking, including payment processing or transaction costs, reasonable booking and administrative costs, non-refundable provider payments, transportation commitments, tickets already purchased, materials or ingredients already prepared or purchased, instructor or venue reservations, and other legitimate non-refundable costs directly connected with the booking. All deductions and refund decisions remain subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Third-Party Providers & Committed Costs
Some experiences are delivered wholly or partly with independent service providers. A Service Provider or Third-Party Provider may include instructors, artisans, studios, workshops, activity operators, drivers, transportation providers, restaurants, venues, attractions, ticket providers, material suppliers, and other independent parties involved in fulfilling a booking.
Once a booking is confirmed, some or all of the customer’s payment may be paid or irrevocably committed to those providers. If such costs cannot reasonably be recovered by Bali Creative Classes, we cannot guarantee that the corresponding amount can be refunded to the customer.
Where reasonably requested in connection with a refund, we may explain relevant non-refundable components without being required to disclose confidential supplier rates, commissions, commercial arrangements, or business margins.
7. Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be determined according to the circumstances of the booking, services already provided or prepared, reasonable applicable deductions, amounts recoverable from service providers, and applicable law. Refunds may also be affected by bank charges, payment-provider charges, international transfer costs, or exchange-rate differences outside our control. The amount originally paid and the amount ultimately credited to the customer’s account may therefore differ.
8. Rescheduling
Customers may request to change a booking date or time. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability, provider policies, instructor and vehicle availability, venue availability, materials already prepared, tickets or facilities already reserved, and other operational considerations.
Where rescheduling can be accommodated without additional cost, we will make reasonable efforts to assist. Where a change creates additional costs, the customer may be required to pay those costs before the new booking is confirmed. The original booking remains valid until Bali Creative Classes confirms the requested change.
9. Participant Numbers & Guest Changes
Bookings are prepared according to the confirmed number of participants. If fewer guests attend than originally booked, unused participant places are not automatically refundable, particularly where capacity, materials, ingredients, instructors, food, transportation, tickets, or facilities have already been arranged.
Additional guests may participate only where capacity and the relevant provider allow it and may require additional payment before participation.
10. Transportation & Pickup
Transportation and hotel or villa pickup are included only where specifically stated in the relevant booking details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information and being ready at the confirmed location at the agreed time.
Pickup times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, ceremonies, road closures, previous pickups, and other operational circumstances. Reasonable transportation delays do not automatically constitute cancellation of the experience.
11. Waiting Time When a Guest Is Not Ready
If a customer is not present at the confirmed pickup time and has provided no communication or notice, Bali Creative Classes and/or the transport provider will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and may wait where operationally possible. No fixed waiting period is guaranteed.
The actual waiting time depends on the circumstances, including activity schedules, traffic, subsequent pickups, provider commitments, instructor schedules, venue requirements, and whether the experience can still reasonably proceed. If the customer cannot be contacted or the delay can no longer reasonably be accommodated, the driver may need to leave or continue the journey. A resulting missed or shortened activity may be treated as late arrival or no-show.
12. When a Guest Has Informed Us About a Delay
If a customer contacts Bali Creative Classes before or around the scheduled pickup time to advise of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it. Notice of a delay does not automatically guarantee indefinite waiting. Where Bali Creative Classes or the relevant provider confirms an extended waiting arrangement, we will follow that confirmed arrangement as reasonably practicable.
13. Late Arrival & No-Show
Late arrival may result in a shortened experience, missed activities, itinerary changes, additional transportation costs, or inability to participate. Where facilities, instructors, transportation, tickets, food, ingredients, materials, or other services have already been reserved or paid for, missed services caused by customer lateness or no-show are generally not refundable.
14. Customer-Requested Changes During an Experience
If a customer voluntarily chooses not to use part of an experience after it has begun, the unused portion is not automatically refundable. This may include skipping an activity, finishing early, returning to the hotel early, or declining an included service.
Customer-requested changes involving additional driving, stops, overtime, route changes, different pickup or drop-off locations, additional materials, upgrades, or additional services may incur extra charges. Such charges will be communicated before the additional service is provided where reasonably possible.
15. Changes by Bali Creative Classes or a Provider
An activity may occasionally need adjustment because of instructor availability, vehicle issues, venue conditions, provider operations, safety considerations, traffic, ceremonies, local conditions, or other operational circumstances.
Bali Creative Classes may make reasonable changes to the order, timing, route, venue, instructor, or individual components where necessary. Where possible, a materially unavailable component may be replaced with a reasonably comparable alternative. Minor operational changes that do not substantially reduce the overall nature of the booked experience do not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the entire booking.
16. Cancellation by Bali Creative Classes or a Provider
If Bali Creative Classes or a relevant provider cannot deliver a material part of a confirmed booking, we will make reasonable efforts, depending on the circumstances, to provide rescheduling, a reasonably comparable alternative arrangement, or an appropriate refund for services that cannot be provided where required or available.
A customer is not required to accept an alternative experience that is materially different from the experience originally purchased. Where failure results from circumstances within Bali Creative Classes’ reasonable control, we will not rely on force majeure provisions to avoid responsibilities that apply under law.
17. Weather
Normal rain or changing weather conditions do not automatically cancel an activity. Where an experience can reasonably and safely proceed, a customer’s decision not to participate because of weather will generally be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation or no-show.
Where weather creates a material safety risk or causes a provider to cancel, we will apply the relevant provisions concerning provider cancellation, rescheduling, alternatives, or force majeure.
18. Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Bali Creative Classes is not responsible for failure, cancellation, interruption, or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, earthquakes, volcanic activity, severe weather, flooding, government restrictions, major road closures, transportation disruption, public emergencies, major ceremonies or access restrictions, civil disturbances, or comparable events.
Where an experience cannot proceed due to such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a reschedule, alternative experience, booking credit, or recovery of refundable amounts from relevant providers. A full cash refund cannot be guaranteed where costs have legitimately become non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Materials, Ingredients, Equipment & Activity Requirements
Our experiences may involve food and ingredients, physical activity, craft materials, tools and equipment, heat or fire, sharp objects, dyes or other workshop substances, transportation, outdoor environments, cultural venues, or other activity-specific elements.
Where an experience includes a specified quantity or type of materials, ingredients, equipment, products, or other resources, the included allowance will be stated in the relevant booking details. Additional quantities, upgrades, complex designs, special materials, accessories, or special requests may incur additional charges.
Participants must use equipment and materials responsibly and follow reasonable instructions from instructors and service providers.
20. Health, Safety & Participation
Customers should consider whether they can safely participate in the selected experience and should inform us or the relevant instructor of circumstances that may materially affect safe participation, such as relevant injuries, pregnancy, mobility limitations, serious allergies, or other relevant considerations.
Customers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Bali Creative Classes and relevant instructors, drivers, venues, and providers. Bali Creative Classes or a provider may refuse or stop participation where there is a reasonable and material safety concern.
21. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
For experiences involving food or beverages, customers should provide known allergies and dietary requirements in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where possible, but an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Customers with serious allergies should contact us before booking so suitability can be assessed.
22. Children & Minors
Age requirements may vary depending on the nature of an activity. Children may be required to participate with or under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult. Activities involving tools, heat, physical activity, equipment, or other safety considerations may have minimum-age requirements determined by Bali Creative Classes or the relevant provider. Customers travelling with children should review the booking details or contact us before booking.
23. Unacceptable or Unsafe Behaviour
Bali Creative Classes or a relevant provider may refuse or terminate participation where a customer threatens or commits violence, seriously harasses staff or other participants, is so intoxicated or impaired that safe participation is not reasonably possible, deliberately or recklessly misuses equipment, repeatedly refuses reasonable safety instructions, or otherwise creates a material safety risk.
Where participation is terminated because of the customer’s serious misconduct or unsafe behaviour, a refund is not guaranteed for services, facilities, or costs already provided, prepared, reserved, or incurred.
24. Damage to Property
Customers may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property intentionally damaged or damaged through reckless misuse. This does not impose charges for ordinary wear and tear or unavoidable accidents occurring during normal and appropriate participation.
25. Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate dates, participant numbers, contact information, pickup details, and selected services. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when a customer identifies an error, but we cannot guarantee that an incorrect booking can be changed without cost after providers or facilities have been reserved.
26. Bali Local Time
Unless otherwise expressly stated, booking dates, activity times, pickup times, cancellation deadlines, and schedules are based on Bali local time (WITA / UTC+8). Customers booking from another country are responsible for considering the time difference.
27. Personal Belongings
Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings during an experience. Bali Creative Classes will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee the security of phones, cameras, passports, money, jewelry, luggage, or other personal items. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
28. Photography & Video
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during our experiences. We respect guest privacy. Where identifiable customer images are intended for promotional or marketing use, we aim to obtain appropriate consent. Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos should inform our team.
Customer photography for personal use is generally welcome unless restricted for safety, privacy, cultural, venue, or third-party reasons.
29. Website & Experience Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website and booking information accurate. However, schedules, instructors, vehicles, venues, menus, materials, routes, activity details, and other operational elements may occasionally change. Photographs are illustrative and do not guarantee identical conditions, presentation, instructors, scenery, food, materials, or other details on every booking.
30. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer believes there is a problem with a payment or service, we encourage them to contact Bali Creative Classes promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself determine whether a valid payment obligation exists. Bali Creative Classes may provide booking records, communications, payment records, provider confirmations, attendance records, or other relevant evidence to a bank or payment provider when responding to a dispute. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any dispute or consumer right available under applicable law.
31. Responsibility & Liability
Bali Creative Classes will arrange and provide services with reasonable care. Customers are responsible for following safety instructions, providing accurate information, acting responsibly, and participating within their reasonable capabilities.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
32. Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with a booking may be used where reasonably necessary to process the reservation, communicate with the customer, coordinate with relevant providers, and deliver the booked experience. Further information may be provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
33. Complaints
If a problem occurs, customers should contact Bali Creative Classes as soon as reasonably possible. Prompt notification gives us and the relevant provider an opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve the issue. Complaints will be reviewed reasonably and in good faith.
34. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Bali Creative Classes branding, website copy, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Bali Creative Classes. Commercial reproduction or use without permission is not permitted except where allowed by applicable law.
35. Booking Details for Individual Experiences
Each experience or booking page may state details specific to that service, including material allowances, participant limits, age requirements, transportation, pickup surcharges, dietary arrangements, schedules, inclusions, exclusions, upgrades, and other operational details. These booking details form part of the customer’s booking and should be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.
These general Terms & Conditions are intended to serve as the single master terms page for all current and future Bali Creative Classes experiences.
36. Governing Law & Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, or restrict a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or restricted.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
37. Contact
Questions concerning bookings, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or these Terms & Conditions should be directed to Bali Creative Classes using the contact information provided on our official website.
